QUALITY POLICY

The Policy of the Company is to provide Inspection, Sampling and Testing Services that are Accurate, Reliable, Prompt and meet the Specific Quality Requirements of the Customer and achieve Sustainable Growth.

It is essential that every member of staff knows, understands and implements the Quality Policy and performs their operations diligently, in strict accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 and / or ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standards, Quality Manual, Processes, Procedures, Test Methods and Work instructions, conscious of the fact that they are making a vital contribution to this goal.

The Company will endeavor to continually improve its performance in Inspection, Sampling and Testing by correcting all non-conformities that may occur within its Quality System, by upgrading all Inspection, Sampling and Testing Methods as per the latest standards and complying with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements to achieve the highest level of accuracy and Customer satisfaction.

Management is committed to maintain good professional practice and render Quality Inspection and Testing Services to its customers by ensuring that all Inspections and Testing personnel are familiarized with Quality Documentation and strictly implement the policies and procedures in their routine work and thus be a market leader with full adherence to the Quality Management System Standards.
